I have worked as a Customer Service Manager for Venom for over 2 years now. I deal with all enquiries, over the phone, through email and across various platforms. Each day comes with new questions and new customers. Our products cater for all ages so it’s lovely that I get to chat to such a wide range of people. I genuinely love working for Venom – we have such a great bunch of people here!
